Semblant is an exceptional Brazilian band that has made significant strides in the realm of music, particularly within the genre of melodic death metal. Hailing from Curitiba, Brazil, Semblant has captivated audiences worldwide with their unique approach to music, blending elements of death metal with haunting melodies and powerful symphonic arrangements.

History

Founded in 2006 by Sergio Mazul and J. Augusto ("Guto") in the city of Curitiba, Semblant

established its current line up when Mizuho Lin, Juliano Ribeiro, Thor Sikora and Johann Piper joined the band.

Throughout its trajectory, the band released 4 full-length albums:
"Last Night of Mortality" (2010), "Lunar Manifesto" (2014), "Obscura" (2020) and "Vermilion Eclipse" (2022).

With more than 60 MILLION VIEWS in 11 different videoclips and 211K subscribers on the YouTube channel, the band still counts with 62K followers on Instagram and 87K on Facebook, with a constant and intense engagement of the fan-base, who feed groups and fan pages.

Currently the band is working on their fifth album, expected to be released in 2026.
